Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Owala bottle purchase from My Store. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and undamaged.
  • Be in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used bottles, items with hygiene issues, or products damaged by misuse may not be accepted for return.

4. How to Start a Return

Email us at Smwgriffin@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow about 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
