1. Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations at this time.
2. Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Any shipping details or promotions (such as free shipping) will be shown at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes about 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. These times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Tracking
When available, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Owala order.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
